The House of Quality is synonymous with supporting organisations in achieving business excellence in Manufacturing, Process and Service industries through the application and development of, as well as the training in Management Systems and related business activities.
The concept of The House of Quality originated in 1988 and has since developed into a prestigious and Southern Africa's most comprehensive Management Systems Training organisation. Our clients range from multi-national household names to owner operated owner operated SMMEs and from hi-tech volume manufacturing to international service industries through to Commercial Farmers and financial institutions.
We are proud of our social contribution though the support of; owner operated Small to Medium Enterprises (SMME’s); Schools; assistance to Subsistence Farmers to generate the required good management practices (GMP) enabling them to export their produce to the International Marketplace; as well as several other non-profit activities.
With over 60 formalised training options (all management system / process improvement related) we are proud of our contribution to the development of an International skills base. This contribution is formally recognised by institutions such as SAATCA, SERVICES SETA, DGQ, EOQ, etc and due to extensive and exclusive use of our services, is also recognised by hundreds of leading industrial, manufacturing and service organisations throughout the Industry.

As an extension to our training activities, our management is structured to permit HoQ Training Innovators to independently accredit training programs and provide learners with appropriately recognised Certification.
The HoQ Certification operates under The House of Quality Management Consultants Pty Ltd; as which is a not-for-profit organisation with an independent committee as required by ISO 17024, thereby ensuring the independence and integrity of our Certification, whilst adding value to the overall training process.
We consider our current contribution to be only the beginning... our objectives remain as we started out... to give mutual value by eliminating institutional bureaucracy from our profession and replace it with market directed, value adding activities, open to all.
