Please do not litter. Cigarette packets and stompies are also litter. We apply Government regulations with regard to restrictions on smoking in public places, including our bar, lounge and dining room. |

No vehicles or motorcycles will be permitted on the beaches, dunes or within the resort boundaries, outside of the access road and parking. |

Motorised vessels are to go dead slow through the channels and to exercise restraint at all other times. Skiing and tow-behind toys are permitted at sea but not in the estuary. |

Sea launches are permitted by sea-worthy vessels, piloted by holders of skippers' tickets only. Each launch should be reported to the office together with details of the trip and estimated return times. An operational mobile phone must be included in the safety equipment. |

Consumption of one’s own alcohol is not only illegal, but also unfair to any licensed establishment, as room costing pre-supposes a reasonable support for our bar. A corkage fee, at the discretion of management will be imposed and charged to the room of offenders. |

Wavecrest abides by current legislation prohibiting smoking in any public area, including the bar, lounge or dining room. |
