Audit Practice

  • Internal auditing is fundamental to quality improvement initiatives. Conducted correctly it adds value. Conducted incorrectly it will have significant detrimental effect.
  • ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 require that Organisations conduct internal audits to determine the effectiveness of their Management Systems.
  • Trained, competent and independent Auditors should carry out audit activities, with multi-disciplinary / cross functional Auditors proven to be the most effective.
  • Increasing demands of the customer market present the Organisations management with constantly new and complex tasks.
  • An Organisation’s processes have to be constantly monitored to ensure their reliability and to enable timely corrective and improvement actions.
  • An important instrument for process monitoring is the Process Audit which is intended to lead to capable and controlled processes which are robust against operational factors.
